WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We try and maintain a transparent return policy. Once you have received your product, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt, and always before use. We are sorry, but for pure hygiene reasons products can only be returned if they are unopened and unused. The products must also be in reusable condition. This means that any seals and protective cellophane must be intact and unopened. Items must be returned within 24 days of despatch.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
This should of course not happen, but if for some unusual reason you have received the wrong item we will replace the item for you within 10 days from when you received the item.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We feel awful the few times this happens, and please accept our apologies. We know how disappointing this can be and always seek to solve it as quickly and efficiently for you. If you believe that an item is faulty, please contact us. You will need to tell us exactly what the fault is and we will on occasion request a photo to help assess the damages so that we can focus on the solution.
